Choose your video pack.

Your selected duration determines the number of videos a pack covers. A new attempt uses another video allowance; downloading the same result does not.

Failed renders are not charged for. A confirmed generation error, safety-filter refusal or finished video withheld by our safety checks puts that video's allowance back once, automatically, so you can generate that video again — one retry, no second payment and no support ticket. A photo our check refuses before generation does not use an allowance: upload a different photo, up to three tries; if none of them pass, email us and we refund that order. A timeout with an unknown outcome stays on hold for manual verification; we do not submit another generation on our own while the outcome is unclear. If the video does not look like you, it is not a technical failure: a finished video is not refunded or remade for looking different, because AI output varies with the photo. Within 7 days of purchase, an unused pack is fully refundable; once any video from the pack has been delivered, the remaining videos are not refunded in cash and stay available until their expiry date. Report duplicate or incorrect charges within 30 days. Please contact us before a bank dispute; most issues are resolved within 5 business days. Fraudulent disputes after use may lead to suspension. Cash refunds are handled manually through Stripe to the original payment method, normally arriving within 5–10 business days. Statutory rights are unaffected.
